I’ve been going to Sidney Smiles for a couple of months now. Since being a patient I’ve had cleanings, and a few other procedures which I was actually nervous about because I’ve just recently gotten my first cavity at 28. The receptionists are kind and considerate, they have done a fine job scheduling and communicating. The nurses are SO nice, once they noticed I was nervous or uncomfortable they immediately reassured me and gave me in depth details of what would be done and how they would do it. The doctor was also so kind and considerate, I wish I could remember her name as I type this. She took the time to converse with me before, during and after my appointments, she was informative, quick, and caring. So far they have definitely earned a 5 star review from me!

I just got finished with my first appointment today & when I say these are the sweetest ladies I have ever met! I have had bad experiences with dentists offices in the surrounding area to the point where I mentally could not handle going back. These ladies assured me everything would be fine & actually listened & validated my concerns. I underwent chemotherapy & radiation, so my teeth were effected, but they welcomed me with open arms & were very quick to get my care plan in order. They also take Caresource which I know is very convenient since they are right in town. 10/10 people here!
called with a tooth emergency and got in the same day! They took such good care of me and were all so friendly and worked fast, walked out of there relieved and happy!
